Certain features of the Application require a one-time activation fee.

• The fee is charged only once per account
• After payment, access is permanently granted

By completing the payment, the user acknowledges that:

• The service is provided immediately after payment
• The payment is for a digital service
• The right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has started

We do not store payment card details.

The Application acts only as a platform connecting users.

All activities, including trips, agreements, and interactions between users, are conducted entirely at the users’ own responsibility.

The operator of the Application shall not be held liable for:

• Trips or transportation arrangements
• Damages, losses, or disputes between users
• Accuracy of user-provided information

Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
