These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Iterli application ("Application").

1. Provider Information

2. Nature of the Service

The Application is a digital platform that enables users to connect and organize travel-related activities.

The provider acts solely as an intermediary and does not provide transportation services.

The provider:

• does not organize or operate trips
• is not a party to agreements between users
• does not verify user identity or information

3. User Responsibility

Users act entirely at their own risk and responsibility when using the Application.

• Users are responsible for their own safety
• Users are responsible for their interactions and agreements
• Users must comply with applicable laws

The provider shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, injuries, or losses resulting from user interactions.

4. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information
• Users are responsible for account security
• Accounts must not be shared

The provider may:

• suspend or terminate accounts
• remove content

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• provide false or misleading information
• engage in illegal activity
• harass or abuse other users
• interfere with the system

6. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Application require a one-time activation fee.

• The fee is charged once per account
• Access is granted after successful payment
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

By completing the payment, the user acknowledges that:

• The service is provided immediately
• The payment is for digital content/services
• The right of withdrawal may not apply once access is granted

The provider does not store payment card details.

7. No Guarantees

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The provider does not guarantee:

• availability or uptime
• accuracy of user data
• successful matching between users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for:

• direct or indirect damages
• loss of data, income, or opportunity
• user disputes or interactions
• accidents, injuries, or incidents during trips

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Application.

10. Content and Moderation

Users are responsible for the content they share.

The provider may:

• remove content
• restrict access

11. Service Changes

The provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.

12. Termination

The provider may terminate user access at its discretion.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR document.

14. International Use

Users must comply with local laws in their jurisdiction.

The provider makes no guarantees regarding legal compliance in all countries.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country remain applicable.

16. Dispute Resolution

• Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably
• Otherwise, competent courts shall have jurisdiction

17. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

18. Effective Date

These Terms are effective from the date of publication.
